Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 24–72 hours after the order is placed.
Please note that weekends and holidays may cause processing delays, as fulfillment centers may operate on limited schedules during these times.

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment and handed off to the carrier.


Shipping Timeframes

After fulfillment, shipping typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Important Notes

  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high-volume periods.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its progress.

  • Please allow adequate time for your order to arrive before contacting support regarding delivery status. 

  • Lost or Delayed Packages

    Once an order has been shipped and handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to weather, service disruptions, or high shipping volume.

    Delayed Packages
    If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed or experiencing transit issues, please allow additional time for delivery. In most cases, packages are delivered shortly after the estimated timeframe.

    Lost Packages
    A package is considered lost if tracking has not updated for 15 business days after the shipping date.

    If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please:

    • Check with neighbors or household members

    • Contact your local post office or carrier directly

    If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our support team and we will review the case on an individual basis.


    Important Disclaimer

    We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for replacement or refund.
