Due to the nature of dietary supplements and strict health and safety regulations, all supplement sales are final. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened, used, or tampered with.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. If approved, we may offer a replacement or refund for unopened products only.
Shipping Issues
Refunds are not issued for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist in filing a carrier claim or provide a replacement at our discretion.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Orders that are confirmed as delivered are not eligible for chargeback-based refunds. We encourage customers to contact our support team first so we can resolve any issues directly.
